STEP 1: Initial Consultation

Your initial Re:vitalize consultation can be done either in-person or virtually. During this consultation, you will discuss your specific goals and challenges with one of our specialists in order to determine the best possible program for your needs.

If you choose an in-person consultation, you will also receive a full Body Composition & Metabolic Analysis from our biometric technology, allowing you to see and understand personal biodata including body fat percentage and muscle mass.

If you choose an in-person consultation, you will also receive a full Body Composition & Metabolic Analysis from our biometric technology, allowing you to see and understand personal biodata including body fat percentage and muscle mass.

STEP 2: Onboarding & Bioscan

Once we’ve decided together during your consultation that you’d be a good fit for the program and you’d like to move forward, we will begin the on-boarding process which can be done in-person with us, or we are able to send our bioscan technology to you and onboard from the comfort of your own home.

To begin onboarding, we use our bioscan technology to generate a customized micro-nutrient profile which determines the vitamins, minerals, and phyto-nutrients needed by your body to address any metabolic and biochemical imbalances. We also develop a “Foods for Weight Loss” list that is unique to you, which proposes the list of foods that will assimilate best with your metabolism.

This bioscan report will serve as your roadmap during the different stages of your weight loss program with us.

  • You’ll FEEL great — Your energy should be better, your sleep and libido should improve, and you should NOT be hungry during the program.
  • Daily accountability — Each morning, you will text us with your weight and other qualitative data. This allows us to make sure you’re making meaningful progress daily.
  • Weekly check-ins — You’ll come to the office (or opt for remote check-ins) to get weekly biometric body composition & metabolic analysis. You will also check-in with one of our board certified health coaches or nutritionists to assess your internal progress and make mid-course adjustments.
  • Monthly maintenance check-ins — Once we’ve gotten through the most structured stages of your program, we transition into monthly check-ins to ensure that you are staying on track and maintaining your weight (or continuing to lose more weight) effectively.
